What Happens if an Item is Sold Out?
If an item is sold out, you have a few ways to check its availability:
- Direct Message (DM) or WhatsApp us with a picture of the item to ask about availability and estimated restocking time.
- Add the item to your wishlist, and we'll notify you once it's back in stock.
- Follow us on Instagram for daily updates, including restocks and new arrivals through our stories.
How Long Will It Take for My Product to Arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose:
- Normal Shipping: 6 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Can I Exchange or Return My Order?
We accept exchanges only if the product is damaged during transit. To process an exchange, we require a full, unedited unboxing video. Please note that we do not offer returns or cancellations.
